never thought i would be one of those people who post cats on the internet. never thought i would even be a cat person. and yet here I am, with a cat that follows me around and sleeps in my bed while i am away. and that, most importantly, doesn’t give me allergies!

so much to do

and all i want is to curl up in bed

remaking commitments to myself
- only eat whole, non-packaged foods that serve me, when my body is ready for them (this means no sugar, dairy, wheat, or caffeine)

- reenact morning routine
- listen to the body, do what i need to do when i need to do it
- daily activities: breathe, meditate, craft, sit spot, walk
- turn off the internet and go outside
- people care

- forgive. especially me.

action, intention presence. (do it now)
i am a human being
not a human doing

No. 106

invisiblestories:

What is it in autumn that instills in me both the longing to be home, that unapproachable place built of memory and desire, and the longing to be away, walking through—into—a distant but somehow known or intuited landscape, where history can be felt through the soles of the feet or sensed in the sudden shifts of wind (carrying with it the heavy odor of an unseen sea)? It’s the light, perhaps, fragile and breaking apart in the cloud-scudded sky, seeding the penumbral shadows of the lengthening twilight with mysteries; it’s the crisp scrape and crunch of leaves underfoot.

Autumn has always felt less a certainty than a possibility, a branching path that, if one could follow it, would open onto the life one has always sensed is within reach—yet never quite attainable.

Pay attention to whom you share your intimate energy with. Intimacy at this level intertwines your aural energy with the aural energy of the other person. These powerful connections, regardless of how insignificant you think they are, leave spiritual debris, particularly within people who do not practice any type of cleansing, physical, emotional or otherwise. The more you interact intimately with someone, the deeper the connection and the more of their aura is intertwined with yours. Imagine the confused aura of someone who sleeps with multiple people and carries around these multiple energies? What they may not realize is that others can feel that energy which can repel positive energy and attract negative energy into your life.

“Never sleep with someone you don’t want to be.”
